211 players were selected over the two day event and have begun their dream to make it to the NHL.
There were four trades made during the first round and action was a little slower than anticipated.

2nd Round Traded Draft Picks - At the Draft
# 39 and # 45 - Chicago receives Montreal's 2016 2nd round pick (No. 39) and Minnesota's 2016 2nd round pick (No. 45) (via MON, BUF).
# 35 - St. Louis receives Calgary's 2016 2nd round pick and a conditional 2018 3rd round pick for Brian Elliott.
# 36 - Winnipeg receives Philadelphia's 2016 1st round pick (No. 18) and a 3rd round pick (No. 79) for Winnipeg 2016 1st round pick (No. 22 - from CHI) and a 2nd round pick (No. 36).
2nd Round Traded Draft Picks - Pre Draft
# 33 - Florida receives Vancouver’s 2016 2nd round pick, 2016 4th round pick and Jared McCann for Erik Gudbranson and the Islanders 2016 5th round pick.
# 40 - Colorado re-acquires their 2016 2nd round pick, 2015 2nd round and a 2017 6th round pick to San Jose for Buffalo’s 2015 2nd round pick . San Jose receives Colorado’s 2016 2nd round pick and a 2017 6th round pick for Brad Stuart.
# 44 - Tampa Bay receives Boston’s 2016 2nd round pick and a 2015 2nd round pick for Brett Connolly.

# 52 - Philadelphia receives Chicago’s 2016 2nd round pick (condition met) and a 2015 2nd round pick for Kimmo Timonen.
# 54 - Calgary receives Florida’s 2016 2nd round pick and a 2018 4th round pick for Jiri Hudler.
# 55 - Pittsburgh receives Anaheim’s 2016 2nd round pick (via VAN), Nick Bonino and Adam Clendening for Brandon Sutter and a conditional 2016 3rd round pick. Vancouver received Anaheim’s 2016 3rd round pick for Kevin Bieksa.
