The Edmonton Oilers Win The Draft Lottery

The Edmonton Oilers have won the 2015 NHL draft lottery.

The Oilers entered the drawing with the third best odds to win the lottery at 11.5 percent. They jumped past the Arizona Coyotes (13.5 percent) and the Buffalo Sabres (20 percent).

The Oilers will now draft Connor McDavid in June. GM Craig MacTavish said after the lottery that they won't be entertaining offers for the first overall pick.
