Scott Wheeler - The Athletic - August 14th: "He’s a strong, 6-foot-3 defenseman who moves well, plays hard and has some skill and poise with the puck (which should show more this season, and was on display at times at the Hlinka Gretzky Cup earlier this month). He’s not the most dynamic player with the puck, but he handles what’s in front of him efficiently, makes good reads, has a high floor, and could have a really high ceiling with proper development."
