Tomas Jurco's Player Profile

Tomas Jurco is a big body at forward measuring in at 6 foot 2. He has great speed and posses some of the best stick handling ability in the the CHL and the 2011 NHL Entry Draft. However Jurco will surprise you because most of his goals come by using his size, strength and great hockey sense. He has an uncanny ability to swoop in at the right time in front of the net and find the hole between the goalies legs or body. He is almost impossible to move from in front of the net and creates headaches for any opposing QMJHL coach. That being said Jurco dazzles crowds with his end to end rushes and dangles opponents like there's no tomorrow, and when shootout time comes around... you know Saint Johns will at least get one.

Jurco is a wizard with his stick and his skills are top notch. He's 6'3 and has excellent hockey sense, his strength is also a very underrated part to his game. He is a skilled forward and he is extremely exciting to watch. Jurco needs to fill out of his 6'3 frame before coming entering the NHL. He should be extremely fun to watch in the near future, he should be picked anywhere from 17-30 in the upcoming draft.
